- Creative Resource: When you buy stock illustrations from the artist, you are establishing a direct relationship with someone who can give you advice on where to find great images. - Customization: Finding an image that exactly meets your needs is rare. You may need the colors modified, text added or a different stylization of the illustration. A stock photo site can't help you but the artist who originally made the file can.
